Life Changes can Affect Oral Health
Being a woman is extraordinary, fun and fulfilling, but it’s not always easy. A woman’s body goes through so many changes that good oral hygiene is especially important. These changes are mostly contributed to fluctuating hormone levels throughout different stages in a woman’s life such as puberty, pregnancy and menopause. The use of oral contraceptives can contribute to these changes as well.
What can you do?

- Brush your teeth properly at least twice a day to remove plaque.
- Floss your teeth daily. Flossing will remove food debris from in between the teeth that a toothbrush can’t reach.
