Between Baja Haus‘ various tacos, street corn, and charred brussel sprout salad, you can guarantee that the food your eating will be both fresh and delicious. Their menu contains food that is non-GMO, has no preservatives, and has plenty of gluten free options as well.

Crisp & Green
755 East Lake Street, Suite 120
Wayzata, MN 55391
Crisp & Green currently has 5 locations throughout the Metro, but they are planning on expanding. While some restaurants’ quality may go down when they start to grow, Crisp & Green is in no danger of doing so because of their commitment to wellness.
As a healthy fast-casual alternative, they are filling a huge gap in the restaurant industry. It’s a great place to have a quick meal without feeling stuffed afterward. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough to convince you to check out a Crisp & Green, former NBA player Kris Humphries is a franchisee of Crisp & Green. Okay, that isn’t necessarily that important, but it’s pretty cool nonetheless!
Peoples Organic
12934 Minnetonka Blvd
Minnetonka, MN 55305
Located in the charming Minnetonka Mills district, Peoples Organic serves a robust menu of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food. From their pasta fresca and tuna salad to their huevos rancheros and house-made veggie burger, there is plenty on this menu for all to enjoy.
On Friday nights, they have live music and make sure you don’t miss their happy hour from 3-6pm daily, with $2 off beer and wine. This 2018 winner of the Sun Sail Reader’s Choice for Best Lunch is a can’t miss for all the healthy foodies out there.
Cafe Zupas
12415 Wayzata Blvd Suite 14
Minnetonka, MN 55305
Cafe Zupas is another fantastic option when it comes to healthy restaurants. With seven different locations in Minnesota, if you’re looking for a quick, healthy bite to eat, Cafe Zupas is a great option. Similar to Crisp & Greens, their salads are their main attraction and are made right in front of you. Customers appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and the transparency of being able to see their dish made as they work their way through the line.
The Garen Chicken Chop, California Protein Cobb, and Thai Steak are just a few of their many flavorful, healthy dishes.
J Selby’s
169 N Victoria St
Saint Paul, MN 55104
The hippest vegetarian restaurant around, J Selby’s is one of the premier healthy food spots in the Twin Cities. Their crowning achievement is perfecting their beer battered cauliflower ‘wings’ — sauces include plain, buffalo, maple mustard bbq, or sweet chili.
On top of that, their bacon or chickin’ caser salad, Philly sandwich, and crunchwrap are all delectable dishes. If you’re a vegetarian, you have to check out J. Selby’s if you haven’t yet. And even if you’re a meat-eater, it’s worth giving it a shot.
Who knows, maybe you’ll become a convert after your first bite!
